HOW OUR BEEF IS PRESENTED
We do most cuts of beef. Our BEEF is packed in vacuum bags for better keeping quality after it has been dry-aged for about 2 weeks.
We present our BEEF in packs similar to those listed below.
- usually 2 slices for SCOTCH FILLET & SIRLOIN.
- 1 piece for RUMP depending on size.
- T bones come 1-2 per bag. When avaiable
Our EYE FILLETS, ROASTS, CORNED SILVERSIDE ETC
all come in single bags.
CASSEROLE comes in about 500 to 600g bags,
OSSO BUCCO / SHIN, 2 to 3 slices per vacuum bag.
SIZZLE STEAKS come in packs of about 6 slices per bag.
Our GLUTEN FREE SAUSAGES are unique as they are made from only our Grass Fed Lincoln Red Beef!'
which is high in Omega 3's'
Please note, our sausages are not preservative free.
PATTYS WITH AT*TUDE.. These are made with our mince and with a hint of ginger, capsicum, chilly as well as other secret ingredients. They are worth a try!!! Not overly hot, just nicely flavoured.
We also do Gluten Free Pattys With At*tude
Pattys with NO At*tude!!
(to get these they need to be ordered ahead)
We also supply Full Flavoured PREMIUM mince
We have introduced LRB MEAT PIES. These pies are made using our own PREMIUM MINCE.
